经过2个钟-.-我搞掂左 不时都有人有依个问题 刚才见知识历来由不少依个case 个个都唔掂 差唔多 依个我拎番个版权先-.- Copy记得转贴自依度@@ 1.先以IE做例子，开启IE后选择工具列【工具】→【网际网路选项】，切换到〔一般〕标签页面，然后按下中间的〔删除档案〕，这时会出现对话盒，勾选「删除所有离线内容」后按下〔确定〕，删除完毕后就可以把IE完全关闭。 2.接下来连线到 fpdownload.macromedia/get/flashplayer/current/uninstall_flash_play er.exe 下载Flash Player Uninstaller回来，然后关闭所有的浏览器视窗并开始执行。在语言部份选择「U.S. English」，然后按下〔Uninstall〕进行移除。 3.移除完毕后，会出现「Uninstalled Successfully」的对话盒，按下〔OK〕关闭对话盒后重新开机。若无法顺利移除成功，先重新开机后再移除一次就行了。 4.重新进入Windows后，连线到adobeproducts/ flashplayer下载Flash Player回来安装，安装完毕再连线到YouTube影片网页上，应该就能看见影片。 5.如果还有问题，那就连线到「 adobe/shockwave/download/download.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash 」，按下画面中的〔Download Now〕，等一下就会有对话盒出现，按下〔安装〕把缺少的Plug-in补上，再回到YouTube影片网页上就可以了。 有不少参考左依度 我自己改左小小野 .knowledge.yahoo/question/?qid=7007040601569 佢d网有d已经冇左~ 我冇做到第5步就ok 别人话绿色个网下载唔到 但我下载到~跟住d step做一定要跟足 去到绿色个网度按右键佢会弹安装旧野出黎 按安装 好似冇装到 但系等佢load一阵 直至mouse由漏斗变番正常 之后上 *** 试下~成功

What do YOU think is the essence of learning English?

I have been meaning to to keep a diary recently. Unfortunately, I am always interrupted by this or that, or I lack motivation which I don't want to admit. Haha

This is my first diary entry. What should I write for this significant moment? Since I've decided to write in English, Why not express my opinions on the status quo of English education in China.

At present, all I can see is that English is particularly attractive to students, specifically, students' parents.

If you ask me, I agree that learning English certainly will help you expose yourself more to the world.

But I disagree in thinking that learning English as the only path to success, a notion I’m pretty sure many have.

At this point, you might be asking “Well if you’re such an expert, what do YOU think is the essence of learning English?”I would say you need to recognize WHY you’re learning English.

As for me, I have three main reasons for learning English.

1. I like coding. I am not a programmer, but I like coding because I can develop my logic and patience. When I started many years ago, the docs in Python or Java intimidated me so much. Later on, I gradually got the hang of coding in English.

2. My wife is a foreigner, and we should communicate in English and speak to our child in English in the future. Our English philosophy for our kid is speaking English at home and speaking Chinese at school.

3. Last but not least, I want to discover the world as much as I can. I feel at ease when I watch youtube; I feel updated to the world when I browse the news; I feel close to locals when I travel around the world. I can only do this by improving my English.

Ok with this in mind,I have made spoken English my top priority, second will be my listening. Next, reading and writing. I don't need a 9 in IELTS, nor do I need a 120 on the TOEFL to prove my English abilities. I think being able to apply practical English into my daily life is the true marker of success. 

We can discuss different approaches to learning English later but first, make sure that you are not learning English blindly because time is limited, keep in mind effectiveness and efficiency are the most important things.

信息收集型：有固定的供应商，但是为了收集更多的信息。这类客户是我们潜在的买家;索要样品型：他们纯粹是要样品，没有多少诚意，我们只要收取样品费或者快递费，对方就放弃了;

窃取情报型：对方非常专业，对产品的各项指标都非常清楚，我们可以和这样的周旋即可。

2. 不同地域站内信回复时间

亚洲：几乎没有什么时差 就要马上回复;

印度：上午11点前回复;

中东：下午1点之前回复;

欧洲：一般下午2-3点之前。客人上班之前就可以看到;

美洲，拉丁美洲：一般下午下班前回复就可以了。
